Exporting Your Horse

Anna Hammond BVM&S Cert EM (Int Med) FHEA MRCVS is a qualified Official Vet (OV) for DEFRA, and so can help you with exporting your horse abroad.

Remember that horses travelling to Northern Ireland now need to have export documentation in order prior to travel.

Requirements of each country are different, which we will guide you through at the time of booking.

Prices – 2022

Visit: £41-£57 if within practice area. £1.50 per mile from PH1 3FX if out with area.

First horse: £240

Additional horses at same visit: £200

Please note that some countries require blood samples which are sent to an external lab. These are charged in additional to the above prices. Full payment will be taken on booking.
